摘 要:光动力疗法是一种新型的肿瘤治疗手段,相比于传统的肿瘤治疗方法具有靶向性强、创伤面积小、可反复治疗等优点。光敏剂作为吸收和传递能量的载体,在光动力治疗中起着非常重要的作用,它主要通过吸收激发光的能量并将其传递给体内细胞周围的氧分子,发生一系列光化学反应,从而产生活性氧物质,引起肿瘤细胞的坏死或凋亡。本文对不同发展阶段的光敏剂分子特点,以及临床应用进行了综述,并对未来光敏剂的发展进行了展望。Photodynamic therapy is a new type of tumor treatment method.Compared with traditional tumor treatment methods,it has the advantages of strong targeting,small trauma area,and repeatable treatment.As a carrier that absorbs and transfers energy,photosensitizers play a very important role in photodynamic therapy.It mainly absorbs the energy of excitation light and transmits it to oxygen molecules around cells in the body,which produces a series of photochemical reactions,and then produces reactive oxygen species,causing tumor cell necrosis or apoptosis.In this review,we summarize the molecular characteristics and clinical applications of photosensitizers in different stages of development.At last,the future development of photosensitizers is prospected.
