摘  要:在低油价环境下,在不增加钻采成本的前提下制定出增油降水措施方案,达到降本增效的目的。结合现有的动静态资料,从单井动态、注采井组动态、油藏动态等几个方面分析研究,找出存在的突出问题并进行原因分析,针对问题提出措施建议,同时形成一套适合本油田的动态分析规范流程以指导采油厂动态分析工作。由于地层压力测试资料缺失,为分析油井快速见水原因,首次在研究中对低渗透油田各油井压裂投产时的地层破裂压力进行了系统分析,并结合注水吸水指示曲线测试,来精确控制注水压力。措施实施后,取得了较好的增油降水效果。In the low oil price environment,the increasing oil and reducing water measures are taken without increasing the cost of drilling.Based on the existing dynamic and static data,the dynamic analysis of single-well,injection-production group and reservoir was completed.And the big problems were found out,the causes were analyzed and the measures suggestions were proposed.At the same time,a set of dynamic analysis standard flow suitable for this oilfield is formed to guide the dynamic analysis of the oil production plant.Due to the lack of formation pressure test data,in order to analyze the causes of water-breakthrough,the formation fracture pressure of wells in low permeability oilfield was firstly and systematically analyzed,and water injection pressure was accurately controlled by combining with the injectivity index curve.The result shows that the good effect of increasing oil and reducing water appeared after applying the measures.
