摘 要:通过对某电厂给水泵汽轮机油颗粒度化验结果受油样温度影响大的异常现象进行分析研究,判断原因是油质轻度老化产生了可溶性析出物,其溶解度随温度升高而升高,达到50℃完全溶解,进而使颗粒度分析结果与油样温度呈相关性。进一步分析导致汽轮机油老化的原因是给水泵润滑油侧漏入了微量密封水,使油脂发生轻度水解老化。采用极性吸附装置除去油中可溶性析出物,再用压缩空气隔离给水泵密封水侧和润滑油侧,及时解决了给水泵汽轮机油轻度老化问题,避免了汽轮机油进一步老化。Based on the analysis of the abnormal phenomenon that the particle size test results of the turbine oil of a power plant feed pump are greatly affected by the temperature of the oil sample,it is judged that the reason is that the soluble precipitates are produced due to the slight aging of the oil quality,and the solubility increases with the increase of the temperature,reaching 50℃and completely dissolved,so that the particle size analysis results are related to the temperature of the oil sample.It is further analyzed that the aging of turbine oil is caused by the leakage of a small amount of sealing water into the lubricating oil side of the feed pump,which makes the oil slightly hydrolyzed and aged.The polar adsorption device is used to remove the soluble precipitates in the oil,and then compressed air is used to isolate the sealing water side and lubricating oil side of the feed pump,so as to solve the problem of slight aging of the feed pump turbine oil in time and avoid further aging of the turbine oil.
