摘  要:针对重力浇注铝合金缸盖水套芯工艺孔缩松缺陷,采用数值模拟等手段对缺陷的形成原因进行了研究,对浇注工艺进行了分析和优化。采用模具喷涂优化、激冷涂料应用、增加补缩通道等措施,改进浇注工艺参数,并通过铸造工艺数值模拟以及生产验证确定了最终铸造工艺方法。消除了缸盖水套芯工艺孔缩松缺陷,提高了铸件质量,降低了废品率。Aiming at the dispersed shrinkage defect of waterjacket process hole on the end surface of the gravity-cast aluminum alloy cylinder head, the forming causes of the defect and the pouring process of casting were analyzed. A series of measures such as optimizing the mold spray, applying the chilled coating and increasing the feeding channel for castings were taken to optimize the casting process. The final casting process method was determined by numerical simulation of casting process and production verification. This method fundamentally eliminated the dispersed shrinkage defect of waterjacket process hole on the cylinder head,improved the casting quality, also reduced the scrap rate.
