硫源对SnS_(2)负极材料的形貌及电化学性能的影响

摘  要:以SnCl 4·5H_(2)O为锡源,SC(NH_(2))2、CH_(3)CSNH_(2)、CS_(2)、(NH 4)2S为硫源,采用水热法考察了不同硫源对SnS_(2)产物形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,以CH_(3)CSNH_(2)为硫源所得到的SnS_(2)材料呈分级花状SnS_(2)球形颗粒,其他硫源所得到的SnS_(2)材料为类球状颗粒;以CH_(3)CSNH_(2)为硫源制备的SnS_(2)材料符合正交晶系SnS_(2)而以SC(NH_(2))2和CS_(2)为硫源制备的SnS_(2)材料存在SnO和Sn 2O 3杂质。将所得到的分级花状SnS_(2)球形颗粒作为负极材料装配成的扣式电池表现出较优异的电化学性能,其首次放电比容量为1274.9 mA/h·g,库伦效率为40.69%,在100 mA/g电流密度下,循环50次后其放电比容量仍然保持在518.7 mA·h/g。Effect of different sulfur sources on morphology and electrochemical properties of SnS_(2)anode materials prepared by hydrothermal method with SnCl 4·5H_(2)O as tin source and SC(NH_(2))2,CH_(3)CSNH_(2),CS_(2)and(NH 4)2S as sulfur source is carefully investigated and characterized.The results show that SnS_(2)anode materials prepared from CH_(3)CSNH_(2) display distinctly hierarchical petal and the ones from the other sulfur sources present spherical-like particles;SnS_(2)anode materials originated from CH_(3)CSNH_(2) are well consistent with the standard orthogonal SnS_(2)while the ones from the other sulfur sources appear impurities of SnO and Sn 2O 3.The as-prepared hierarchical petal SnS_(2)materials can address excellent electrochemical properties when used as anode materials in the coin cell,in which the cell can deliver the initial discharge specific capacity of about 1274.9 mA·h/g with coulombic efficiency of 40.69%,and can retain the discharge specific capacity of about 518.7 mA·h/g after 50 cycles at 100 mA/g.
