摘  要:为了提高碳钢表面自清洁性能和耐污损性能,利用硬脂酸钠对TiO_(2)进行改性,在碳钢表面涂敷一层TiO_(2)/丙烯酸树脂复合涂层,利用XRD和SEM考察了硬脂酸钠对TiO_(2)晶体结构和形貌的影响;同时利用SEM、电化学工作站和接触角测量仪研究了硬脂酸钠浓度对复合涂层表面形貌、涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐腐蚀性能以及涂层表面水接触角的影响,利用10%NaOH溶液浸泡试验考察复合涂层的耐碱性。硬脂酸钠不改变TiO_(2)的晶体结构,也不改变TiO_(2)颗粒的形状,硬脂酸钠可在涂层表面形成“肋骨”状的微米级凸起;经硬脂酸钠改性后的TiO_(2)颗粒制备的复合涂层会使涂层接触角变大。当硬脂酸钠的浓度为9%时,复合涂层表面的水接触角为113°,且复合涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性增强,当复合涂层在10 w.t%NaOH溶液中浸泡150 d后仍未见明显的破坏。因此硬脂酸钠可以有效提高涂层的表面水接触角,同时提高了涂层的耐腐蚀性能及耐碱性。To improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel and self-cleaning of carbon steel surface.TiO_(2)/acrylic resin composite coating with self-cleaning property was successfully prepared by using sodium stearate modified TiO_(2)as the reinforcement of acrylic resin coating.The effect of sodium stearate on the crystal structure and morphology of titanium dioxide was investigated by XRD and SEM.The effect of sodium stearate concentration on the surface morphology,water contact angle and polarization curve of coating in 3.5%NaCl solution were studied by SEM,electrochemical workstation and contact angle measuring instrument.The alkali resistance of the coating was investigated by soaking in 10%NaOH solution.Sodium stearate does not change the crystal structure of titanium dioxide,and it does not change the shape of titanium dioxide particles.Sodium stearate can form a"rib"micron-scale bulge on the surface of the coating.The contact angle of composite coating prepared by modified titanium dioxide particles was increased.When the concentration of sodium stearate is 9%,the water contact angle of the composite coating is 113°,and the corrosion resistance of the composite coating is enhanced in 3.5%NaCl solution.When the composite coating is immersed in 10%NaOH solution for 150 d,no obvious damage was observed.Sodium stearate can effectively improve the water contact angle and corrosion resistance of the coating.
