摘 要:对三种类型的环氧粘结料S1、S2、S3进行了力学测试,以此评估三种材料的实用性。由耐腐蚀性、高温耐水性、低温抗裂性及抗紫外老化试验分析得出S1型的实用性能最佳;归纳出高温耐水性对环氧粘结料的性能影响最大,而长期紫外辐照会破坏材料内部结构,影响其耐久性;拉拔实验和拉伸剪切实验结果表明:环氧粘结料具有良好的抗冻性能,低温韧性对拉剪强度有很大影响,高温条件下的剪切强度大幅下降,但仍满足使用要求,说明环氧粘结料能够预防铺装层间出现脱层、拥包等病害,提高了沥青路面整体的路用性能。In order to study the durability and its influence factor of epoxy binder on the colored anti-skid surface,three different types of modified epoxy binder materials S1,S2 and S3 were used to test for the mechanical properties to evaluate the practicality of the three epoxy binders.According to the analysis of corrosion resistance,high temperature water resistance,low temperature crack resistance and UV aging resistance of the materials,the matrix property of S1 epoxy binder is optimal;the most important factor affecting the properties of the epoxy binder is high temperature water resistance;the long-term ultraviolet radiation can damage the internal structure of the material and affect its durability;the pull-out test and tensile shear test results show that the epoxy binder has good frost resistance,the toughness of epoxy materials under low temperature conditions greatly affects the tensile shear strength,while the shear strength under high temperature conditions is greatly reduced,but still meets the requirements for use.It is indicated the epoxy binders can well prevent delamination,upheaval and other diseases between pavement layers,and improve the overall road performance of asphalt pavement.
