摘 要:采用新型高效氨氮脱除装置,对高盐度氨氮废水进行脱氮处理实验。研究脱氮剂投加量、温度及其pH、气水比等条件对废水中氨氮含量的影响。实验结果表明:此装置在脱氮剂投加量为10 mg/L、温度为50℃,pH为10.5,气水比为300∶1,反应时间为120 min的条件下,其氨氮去除率可达99.1%以上,且处理之后氨氮含量≤8.0 mg/L,达最新排放标准。A new highly efficient device of denitrification has been carried out in order to remove ammonia nitrogen from the high-salt and ammonia nitrogen wastewater.The influencing factors on the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen including the dosage of denitrification agent,reaction temperature,pH values and the flow rate of gas-water ratio were investigated.Experimental results showed that,ammonia removal efficiency higher than 99.1%when the reaction conditions were controlled as follows:the dosage of denitrification agent is 10 ppm,temperature is 50℃,pH value is 10.5,the gas-water ratio is 300∶1,reaction time is 120 min.The ammonia-nitrogen content was less than 8.0 mg/L,which could meet the latest emission standard.
