摘 要:为了对比研究烟丝中不同形态烟碱与卷烟烟气pH的相关程度,以国内具有代表性的17种卷烟为原料,分别测定烟丝中总烟碱、游离烟碱、结合烟碱的含量以及卷烟主流烟气粒相物pH、主流烟气气相物pH、全烟气pH。通过简单相关分析和多元回归分析两种方法,研究烟丝中不同形态烟碱含量与三种烟气pH的关系。结果表明:①烟丝中游离烟碱、游离烟碱/总烟碱与烟气粒相物pH和全烟气pH均呈极显著正相关,且游离烟碱与这两种烟气pH相关性大于游离烟碱与总烟碱的比值;②烟丝中不同形态烟碱与主流烟气气相物pH均无明显相关性。In order to compare the relationship between the different forms of nicotine in pipe tobacco and smoke pH value,17 kinds of cigarettes represented by the domestic market were used as raw materials to determine the content of total nicotine,free nicotine,and bound nicotine in pipe tobacco and the mainstream cigarette smoke of particulate matter,vapor phase matter,total smoke pH values。The relationship between different forms of nicotine in tobacco and three smoke pH values was studied by simple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that:there was a significant positive correlation between free nicotine,free nicotine/total nicotine in pipe tobacco and particulate matter pH value,total smoke pH value,and the correlation degree of these two smoke pH values with free nicotine was higher than that with ratio of free nicotine to the total nicotine.There was no significant correlation between the different forms of nicotine in pipe tobacco and vapor phase matter pH value.
