摘 要:研究了碳酸二甲酯在草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇催化剂上的反应。考察了存碳酸二甲酯对加氢催化剂性能的影响,发现碳酸二甲酯在加氢催化剂上存在反应,且产生不利催化剂稳定的物质;考察了碳酸二甲酯与草酸二甲酯同时加氢的影响,发现部分碳酸二甲酯转化为碳酸乙烯酯。结果表明碳酸二甲酯的存在,不利于催化剂稳定性的保持;且会产生不利乙二醇后续分离及产品质量的杂质。The reaction of dimethyl carbonate on the catalyst for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol was studied.The effects of dimethyl carbonate reacted on the hydrogenation catalysts were investigated.It was found that dimethyl carbonate reacted on hydrogenation catalysts produced substances that were unfavorable to the stability of catalysts.The effects of dimethyl carbonate and dimethyl oxalate on the simultaneous hydrogenation were investigated.It was found that part of dimethyl carbonate was converted to vinyl carbonate.The results show that the presence of dimethyl carbonate is unfavorable to the stability of the catalyst,and will produce impurities that are unfavorable to the subsequent separation of ethylene glycol and product quality.
