基于野外巡护数据对佛坪自然保护区哺乳动物多样性的初步研究

摘  要:以2018~2020年陕西佛坪国家级自然保护区的野外巡护监测数据为基础,对该区内监测到的哺乳动物多样性进行了分析。结果显示:佛坪保护区监测到哺乳动物4目8科12种。从相对丰富度指数来看,野猪和羚牛在大部分站点是优势物种,在三官庙站点,大熊猫是优势物种;从alpha多样性指数来看,各站点监测范围内哺乳动物多样性有显著差异;beta多样性指数反映出了各保护站间物种组成具有明显差异。为更好的保护该区哺乳动物的多样性,提出了相关建议:一是结合红外相机等数字化技术的综合使用,提升哺乳动物多样性监测的科学性、准确性;二是进一步加强野外巡护监测,了解物种的分布和种群动态,不断完善保护区哺乳动物保护管理办法。Based on the field patrol monitoring data of Foping National Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province from 2018 to 2020,this study analyzed the mammalian diversity monitored in the area.The results showed that 12 species of mammals,4 orders and 8 families,were detected in the Foping Reserve.From the relative abundance index,wild boar and takin are the dominant species at most sites,and giant panda is the dominant species at the Sanguanmiao site;from the alpha diversity index,there is a significant diversity of mammals within the monitoring range of each site;beta diversity index reflects the significant differences in species composition among conservation stations.In order to better protect the diversity of mammals in this area,it is suggested that:first,the comprehensive use of digital technologies such as infrared cameras should be combined to improve the scientificity and accuracy of mammal diversity monitoring;the second is to further strengthen field patrol monitoring,understand the distribution and population dynamics of species,and continuously improve the conservation and management methods for mammals in protected areas.
