封丘湿地沉积物中全磷和有效磷的分布特征

摘  要:为探讨新乡市封丘县陈桥湿地核心区和缓冲区沉积物中全磷和有效磷的分布特征,选择湿地中11种具有代表性的样地(4种为核心区,7种为缓冲区)作为研究对象,通过室内分析,对不同样地以及同一样地不同土层全磷和有效磷的分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:核心区沉积物中全磷的平均含量为762.8 mg/kg,缓冲区为764.7 mg/kg;核心区沉积物中有效磷的平均含量为47.5 mg/kg,缓冲区为31.6 mg/kg。种植有农作物的样地(例如L5样地)有效磷含量较低,说明其处于需要补充磷肥的状态。栽种有林木的样地(例如L11样地)有效磷含量较高,对林木生长有利。此研究结果可用于评估该湿地的土壤含磷状况,为该湿地生态恢复计划的提出提供参考。In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in sediments in the core areas and buffer zone of Chenqiao Wetland,Fengqiu County,Xinxiang City,China,11 typical wetland plots(4 types are as core areas and 7 types are as buffer zones)were selected as research objects.Through indoor analysis,the distribution characteristics of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in different and identical soil layers were analyzed.The results showed that the average content of total phosphorus in sediment in core areas is 762.8 mg/kg,and buffer area is 764.7 mg/kg.The average content of available phosphorus in sediment in core areas is 47.5 mg/kg,and buffer area is 31.6 mg/kg.The plots with crops(for example,plot L5)had low available P,indicating that they were in need of phosphorus supplementation.Plots planted with trees,such as plot L11,had higher available P content,which was beneficial to tree growth.The results of this study can be used to evaluate the soil phosphorus content of the wetland,which provides theoretical basis for the ecological restoration plan of the wetland.
