摘  要:利用2,4-二硝基苯肼进行衍生,固相萃取、乙腈淋洗,以广东某地化工企业园区土壤为样本采用液相色谱法对醛酮类化合物进行了测定。研究了不同的提取方式、萃取方式、萃取条件对回收率的影响,优选了固相萃取条件。最终测试结果表明:各种化合物的质量浓度与其对应峰面积现行关系R 2>0.999,方法检出限位0.01~0.06 mg/kg,丙酮回收率最低,为47%左右;所选醛类化合物的平均回收率均高于67%,平均标准偏差均低于13%;最终选取该化工企业园区土壤中的测试结果为甲醛、乙醛浓度分别约为1.53 mg/kg、0.67 mg/kg,其他全同类物质含量极低未检出。In this paper,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine was used for derivatization,solid-phase extraction and acetonitrile elution,and aldehydes and ketones were determined by liquid chromatography based on the soil samples of a chemical enterprise park in Guangdong Province.The effects of different extraction methods,extraction methods and extraction conditions on the recovery were studied,and the solid phase extraction conditions were optimized.The final test results showed that the current relationship between the mass concentration of various compounds and the corresponding peak area was R 2>0.999;the detection limit was 0.01~0.06 mg/kg,and the recovery rate of acetone was the lowest,about 47%;The average recovery of the selected aldehydes was higher than 67%and the average standard deviation was lower than 13%;Finally,the test results in the soil of the chemical enterprise park show that the concentrations of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were about 1.53mg/kg and 0.67 mg/kg respectively,and the contents of other similar substances were very low and were not detected.
