补中益气解毒汤辅助高效逆转录抗病毒治疗在艾滋病免疫重建不全患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究补中益气解毒汤辅助高效逆转录抗病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)在艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)免疫重建不全患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取南通市第三人民医院2019年4月~2021年1月间106例AIDS免疫重建不全患者作为研究对象。按电脑随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组53例。对照组予以规范化HAART治疗(拉米夫定300 mg+替诺福韦300 mg+依非韦伦600 mg),研究组在HAART治疗基础上辅以补中益气解毒汤治疗,2组患者均于治疗6个月后评估临床疗效、中医证候积分、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)水平、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞水平变化及药物不良反应。结果治疗6个月后,2组CD4^(+)T水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的IL-4、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者给药期间药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论予以AIDS免疫重建不全患者补中益气解毒汤辅助HAART治疗,可有效改善患者免疫功能,提升临床疗效且安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Jiedu decoction assisted with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)in the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients with immune reconstitution insufficiency.Methods One hundred and six AIDS patients with immune reconstitution insufficiency from April 2019 to January 2021 in The Third People’s Hospital of Nantong City were selected.According to the computer random number,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standardized HAART(lamivudine 300 mg+tenofovir 300 mg+efaviren 600 mg),and the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Jiedu decoction on the basis of HAART.After 6 months of treatment,the patients in both groups were evaluated for clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,level of interleukin-8(IL-8),level of interleukin-4(IL-4),level of CD4T lymphocytes and adverse drug reactions.Results After 6 months of treatment,the level of CD4^(+)T in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the level of CD4^(+)T in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-8 in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-8 in control group were higher than those in study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between 2 groups during administration(P>0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant HAART treatment with Buzhong Yiqi Jiedu decoction can effectively improve the immune function of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the clinical efficacy and safety.
