摘  要:目的调查四川省成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对3种卫生杀虫剂的抗药性情况,并与成都市区白纹伊蚊幼虫的抗药性状况进行对比,指导合理的使用杀虫剂,有效控制白纹伊蚊密度。方法2019-06/10采集成都市成华区东、南、西、北、中5个不同方位的白纹伊蚊幼虫,采用幼虫浸渍法,测定白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯的半数致死量,计算抗性倍数(RR),统计分析其抗性水平。结果成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏属敏感(RR为2.90);对氯菊酯属中度抗性(RR为20.45);对溴氰菊酯属高度抗性(RR为60.25)。结论成都市成华区白纹伊蚊幼虫对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯均不同程度的产生了抗性,对敌敌畏敏感。因此应减少或停止使用氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯,轮换使用较为敏感的杀虫剂,以控制蚊虫抗性的发展。Objective To investigate the resistance level of Aedes albopictus larvae to 3 insecticides in Chenghua District of Chengdu City and then compare with the resistance level in Chengdu City,so that to provide evidence for insecticides selection and effectively control Aedes albopictus.Methods The larvae were collected from five different districts in the east,south,west,north,middle in Chenghua District of Chengdu City from June to October 2019,the insecticide resistance of the mosquitoes to three kinds of general insecticides(dichlorvos,permethrin,deltamethrin)was measured by the larvae dipping method,the resistance ratio(RR)was calculated to analyze the resistance level.Results The Aedes albopictus larvae was sensitive to dichlorvos(RR=2.90),medium resistance to permethrin(RR=20.45),high resistance to deltamethrin(RR=60.25)in Chenghua District of Chengdu City.Conclusions Aedes albopictus larvae showed with resistance to permethrin and deltamethrin,and they were sensitive to dichlorvos.The use of permethrin and deltamethrin should be stopped or reduced,while sensitive insecticides should be applied alternately to control the development of insecticides resistance.
