2011—2020年我国高血压管理研究热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 基于文献计量学,探究2011—2020年中国高血压管理领域发展概况及演变趋势,预测未来研究发展方向及热点前沿。方法 在中国知网中检索2011—2020年高血压管理研究的相关文献,应用可视化软件CiteSpace5.8.R1软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析。结果 共纳入文献3 905篇,近10年发文量稳步增长;研究学者共计3 756位,王增武是最高产作者;研究机构共计3 429个,发文量最大的机构是四川华西医院;关键词共计183个,频次最高的关键词为自我管理,中介中心性最高的关键词为护理管理,当前热点研究方向为:①适宜管理病症研究;②多种管理模式的适宜开展条件;③构建科学人性的质量评价体系;④社区规范化管理;⑤信息化管理。结论 2011—2020年我国高血压管理研究正处于蓬勃发展时期,未来领域研究前沿主要为信息化管理、社区规范化管理及高血压并发症等方面研究。Objective To explore the development and evolution trend of hypertension management in China in recent ten years based on bibliometrics, and predict the future research development direction and hot frontiers. Methods In this study, citespace 5.8.R1 was used to make knowledge maps for authors,institutions and keywords of literatures on hypertension management from 2011 to 2020 from CNKI. Results A total of 3 905 papers were included in this study,and the number of papers has been increasing steadily in the past 10 years. There were 3 756 researchers published their research results, and Wang Zengwu was the most prolific author. There are 3 429 research institutions in total,and West China Hospital of Sichuan has the largest number of publications. A total of 183 keywords were identified, and the keywords with the highest frequency and betweenness centrality were self-management and nursing management. The current hot research directions:①research on appropriate management of diseases;②suitable development conditions of various management modes;③construction of scientific and humanistic quality evaluation system;④standardized community management;and⑤ Information management. Conclusions The research on hypertension management in China is developing vigorously in recent 10 years, and the research frontiers in the future are mainly information management,standardized community management and hypertension complications.
