摘 要:以生物基多糖衍生的海藻酸钠为阻燃剂,运用物理共混方法将海藻酸钠与棉秆皮微晶纤维素共混,采用湿法纺丝法制备棉秆皮微晶纤维素/海藻酸钠复合纤维。考察海藻酸钠添加量对复合纤维阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当海藻酸钠添加量提升至40%时,棉秆皮微晶纤维素/海藻酸钠复合纤维与纯棉秆皮微晶纤维素纤维相比,极限氧指数由16.4%提升至26.25%,纤维断裂强度由3.8 cN/tex提升至7.8 cN/tex,热分解温度下降了29 K,残炭率由29.64%提升至39.45%,纤维完全裂解的热焓值由365.50 J/g提高至1159.28 J/g,纤维燃烧后炭层变得连续完整,石墨化程度增强。Using bio-based polysaccharide-derived sodium alginate as a flame retardant, the sodium alginate and cotton stalk bark microcrystalline cellulose are blended by physical blending, and then the cotton stalk bark microcrystalline cellulose/sodium alginate composite fiber is prepared by wet spinning. The effect of sodium alginate addition on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of composite fibers is investigated. The results show that when the amount of sodium alginate increases to 40%, the limiting oxygen index of cotton stalk bark microcrystalline cellulose/sodium alginate composite fiber increases from 16.4% to 26.25% compared with pure cotton stalk bark microcrystalline cellulose fiber. The breaking strength of the fiber increases from 3.8 cN/tex to 7.8 cN/tex. The thermal decomposition temperature of the composite fiber added with sodium alginate decreases by 29 ℃, the carbon residue rate increases from 29.64% to 39.45%, and the enthalpy value of the complete pyrolysis of the fiber increases from 365.50 J/g to 1 159.28 J/g. After burning, the carbon layer becomes continuous and complete, and the degree of graphitization enhances.
