摘 要:随着我国高铁事业的不断发展,山区多隧地区客运专线的开工建设也随之增多,流动式运架一体机以其无需进行拆解,其整机可携带混凝土箱梁穿越小断面隧道,并可在隧道进口和出口架梁的显著优势,被广泛运用于山区客运专线的箱梁架设中。但现行铁路造价体系中,尚缺少流动式运架一体机架设箱梁相关定额,流动式运架一体机作为大型机械设备,其机械台班价格对流动式运架一体机架设箱梁相关定额的影响较大,本文以现场实测并结合多方调研为基础,对流动式运架一体机机械台班价格进行研究与分析。With the development of domestic high-speed rail industry, the construction of dedicated passenger lines in mountainous area with multiple tunnels has also increased. The mobile bridge erecting machine has been widely applied in the erection of box girder in mountainous area, because it could carry concrete box girder through small-section tunnels, and erecting at the entrance and exit of tunnels with no needs to be dismantled. However, the current railway costing system lacks quotas related to the erection of box girders by mobile bridge erecting machine. Since mobile bridge erecting machine is a large-scale mechanical equipment, its machinery daily working unit prioe has significant impact on the quotas related to the erection of box girders by mobile bridge erecting machine.Based on extensive field measurements and investigations, the article conducts a research on the machinery daily working unit prioe of mobile bridge erecting machine.
