摘　　要：How a charity organisation is helping poor rural families to educate their kids On the 99 Giving Day, a charity day celebrated on September 9 each year in China, I visited Hezhang County in the northwest of Guizhou Province to check out the activities of a public welfare project called Growing Tree. The main goal of the visit was to assess the efficacy of this public welfare project in promoting education and reducing poverty.
