摘　　要：推动高质量发展是“十四五”时期我国经济社会发展的主题,建设质量强国是国家发展的重要目标。六西格玛属于全面质量管理的继承性发展,是实现产业全过程、全方位和全链条质量升级的科学方法论。本文围绕六西格玛方法论在木材工业中的应用研究现状展开分析与探讨,综述了六西格玛在生产工艺改进、生产效益提升、供应链优化以及产业可持续发展等方面为推动产业高质量发展做出的积极贡献。同时,针对六西格玛方法论在木材工业领域的推广应用、优化改进与数字化赋能等方面提出相关建议,指出应广泛开展木材工业六西格玛质量管理项目,提炼产业共性质量问题,完善质量提升解决方案,推动产品设计、研发、生产、使用全生命周期质量持续改进,并结合产业实际情况积极开发新型质量管理工具,推进产业质量管理数字化,开展以数据驱动的产业发展战略与技术体系研究,旨在为木材工业产品全生命周期质量升级策略的制定提供科学依据,在以质量效益导向型发展战略为主导的国家经济发展主旋律下,持续推进产业高质量发展。“Promoting high-quality development”is the theme of China's economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and building a“quality country”is an important goal of national development.Six sigma is the succession development of total quality management,and it is the scientific methodology to realize the quality upgrading of the whole process,all-round and whole chain of the industry.This paper focuses on the research status of six sigma methodology and its application in the wood industry,and summarizes the positive contributions of six sigma on the pro-duction process improvement,production efficiency enhancement,supply chain optimization and sustainable development for the high-quality development of wood industry.Meanwhile,some suggestions are put forward for the application,op-timization and digital empowerment of six sigma methodology in the field of wood industry.It is pointed out that six sig-ma quality management projects should be widely carried out in the wood industry to extract common quality problems in the industry,improve quality improvement solutions,and promote continuous quality improvement throughout the whole life cycle of product design,research and development,production and use,as well as to actively develop new quality management tools combined with the actual situation of the industry,promote the digitalization of industrial quality man-agement,and carry out research on data-driven industrial development strategy and technology system.The aim is to pro-vide scientific basis for forming the quality upgrading strategy of the wood industry product total lifecycle,and to contin-uously promote the high-quality development of wood industry under the main melody of national economic development dominated by the quality-benefit oriented development strategy.
