生命意义感与时间管理倾向的关系:自我概念清晰性的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨生命意义感、自我概念清晰性和时间管理倾向的关系。方法:选用生命意义感量表、自我概念清晰性量表和时间管理倾向量表,以微信推送的方式开展问卷调查,获取了159名在职人士参与的间隔2个月的纵向追踪调查数据。结果:①两个时点(T1和T2)的生命意义感、自我概念清晰性均与T2时间管理倾向显著正相关(r=0.546,0.254,0.579,0.382;P<0.01);②回归分析显示,T1生命意义感和T1自我概念清晰性均影响T2时间管理倾向(β=0.499,0.333;P<0.001);③交叉滞后回归分析显示,生命意义感和自我概念清晰性相互预测,且生命意义感对自我概念清晰性的预测更强(β值:0.233>0.136);④T2自我概念清晰性在T1生命意义感与T2时间管理倾向的关系中起到部分中介作用[0.008,0.106]。结论:生命意义感和自我概念清晰性均影响时间管理倾向,且自我概念清晰性在生命意义感与时间管理倾向的关系中起到部分中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between meaning in life, self-concept clarity, and time management disposition.Methods:A total of 159 employees from different organizations were followed up for two months with Meaning in Life Scale, Self-Concept Clarity Scale, and Time Management Disposition Scale.Results:(1) Correlation analysis showed that(T1 and T2)meaning in life and self-concept clarity were positively correlated with T2 time management disposition(r=0.546,0.254,0.579,0.382;P<0.01);(2)Regression analysis showed that both T1 meaning in life and T1 self-concept clarity affected T2 time management disposition(β=0.499, 0.333;P<0.001);(3)Cross-lag regression analysis showed that meaning in life and self-concept clarity predicted each other, and meaning in life is stronger in predicting self-concept clarity(β value: 0.233>0.136);(4)The structural equation model showed that T2 self-concept clarity played partial mediating role in the relationship between T1 meaning in life and T2 time management disposition[0.008,0.106].Conclusion:Both meaning in life and self-concept clarity can affect time management disposition, and self-concept clarity plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between meaning in life and time management disposition.
