摘  要:本研究采用调查问卷法,调查课余锻炼时间对医学专业学生自我效能感、感知压力和系统解剖学科目成绩的影响。研究结果显示课余锻炼时间越长,学生自我效能感评分越高,感知压力评分越低,考试成绩越好。学校应采取有效措施培养学生体育锻炼兴趣,增加医学生的自主课余锻炼时间。In this study,a questionnaire was used to investigate the effect of after-school exercise time on self-efficacy,perceived stress and systematic anatomy examination score of medical students.The results showed that the more time spent exercising after school,the higher students'self-efficacy scores,the lower their perceived stress scores,and the better their test scores.Schools should take effective measures to cultivate students'interest in physical exercise and increase the independent after-school exercise time of medical students.
