摘 要:目的:探讨微课联合PBL教学法在非超声专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法:选取在超声科规培的65名非超声专业住院医师为研究对象,对照组(33人)采用传统教学法,实验组(32人)采用微课结合PBL教学法,培训结束后对两组学生进行理论、技能考核及教学满意度问卷调查。结果:实验组理论、技能考核成绩及教学满意度评价均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课结合PBL教学法提高了非超声专业住院医师理论及临床技能考核成绩,提升了学员的综合素质,有较好的教学效果。Objective:To investigate the value of Micro-lecture combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in standardized training of non-ultrasonic residents.Methods:A total of 65 non-ultrasonic professional resident doctors worked in department of ultrasound were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=33)was given the traditional teaching mode;The experimental group(n=32)was given the Micro-lecture combined with PBL teaching mode.After the end of teaching,the two groups of students were assessed for their theoretical and operational skills,and questionnaires were conducted.Results:The theoretical and practical score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The experimental group was more satisfied with the teaching method,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-lecture combined with PBL teaching method has better teaching effect than traditional teaching method in standardized training of non-ultrasonic residents.
