摘　　要：黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(cucumber green mottle mosaic virus,CGMMV)和瓜类果斑病菌(Acidovorax citrulli,Ac)是严重威胁葫芦科作物生产的种传病原生物,既是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物也是农业植物检疫性有害生物。目前这两种有害生物的检测方法大多难以满足田间现场快速检测的需求,而胶体金试纸条是对其进行现场检测的主要手段。通过检测不同地区的瓜类样品,笔者对国内外几种黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒和瓜类果斑病菌检测试纸条产品在准确率和检测速度等方面进行了对比,初步筛选出了品质好、性价比高、便于一线田间监测使用的国产试纸条产品。另外,还总结了国产试纸条存在的不足,为国内瓜类检疫性病害胶体金快速检测试纸条的研发改进提供参考。Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus(CGMMV) and Acidovorax citrulli(Ac) are seed-borne pathogens which seriously threaten the production of Cucurbitaceae crops,and are also the entry plant quarantine pests and agricultural plant quarantine pests in China. Most of the detection methods of these two pests can not meet the need of rapid detection in field at present,while gold immunochromatography assay strip(GICAs) is the main means for on-site diagnosis. By detecting the cucurbits samples from different regions,we compared several domestic and foreign assay strips of CGMMV and Ac on accuracy and detection speed. The domestic assay strip with good quality,high price-performance ratio and easy to use for field monitoring had been preliminarily screened out. The deficiencies of domestic assay strips were also summarized,so as to provide a reference for the development of gold immunochromatography assay strip for detection of quarantine diseases of cucurbits in China.
