摘　　要：通过对鼠疫细菌学检验实验室内质量控制要求及污染源实例分析,鼠疫细菌学检验的全过程需人员操作,检验人员的综合素质要求高、样品质量控制较难、敏感培养基制作易污染;染色镜检、分离培养和制作培养基均可发现污染源。应加强鼠疫细菌学检验过程中的检验人员、敏感培养基制作、样品等重要环节的质控水平,尤其应注重检验人员的综合素质,提高其对鼠疫菌与杂菌菌体、菌落形态学鉴别的能力。Based on the case analysis of the internal quality control requirements and pollution sources in the plague bacterium examination,the whole process of the examination should be operated by personnel.Inspectors should meet high comprehensive quality requirements.Sample quality was difficult to control.Sensitive culture medium was easy to be polluted.Contamination could be found by microscopic staining,culturing and producing culture medium.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control level of technical personnel,production of sensitive culture medium,samples and other important steps in the plague bacteriological examination.Especial attention should be paid to the comprehensive quality of technical personnel,to improve their morphological identification ability to distinguish Yersinia pestis from other bacteria colonies.
