摘　　要：本文简明扼要总结了全过程工程咨询服务的发展状况,对有关政府部门制定的政策和措施进行梳理,相关政策措施的解释,全过程工程咨询服务中的价值以及BIM技术在全过程工程咨询服务方面的实际应用,以及现阶段BIM技术在全过程咨询运用中存在的问题及对策。The article simply summarizes the development in the whole process engineering consultation and carries on analysing the relevant government's policy and measure,the interpretation of relevant national policies.The impact of the whole engineering consulting process.as well as the utilization of BIM technology in the process.And the problems existing in the whole process consultation and application of BIM technology at present stage.
