摘  要:针对数字化矿山建设过程中遇到的设备类型众多、接口多样、通信规约不统一的问题,该文设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux的矿用多协议网关,该网关可以同时接入不同通信接口、不同通信规约的设备或传感器,将其数据采集后经过整理再上传给监控软件。设计了CAN、RS485、以太网等通信接口,设计了Modbus-RTU、CDT92、DNP3.0等串行通信规约到Modbus-TCP规约的转换程序。现场应用表明,将不同通信规约的传感器或设备接入多协议网关后,经过内部转换能将数据以Modbus-TCP规约上传到监控软件,有利于数字化矿山建设过程中异构系统的接入。In view of the problems of many types of equipment,diverse interfaces and inconsistent communication protocols encountered in the process of digital mine construction,a mining multi protocol gateway based on embedded Linux is designed. The gateway can access the equipment or sensors with different communication interfaces and different communication protocols at the same time,collect the data,sort it out and upload it to the monitoring software.Communication interfaces such as CAN,RS485 and Ethernet are designed,and Modbus-RTU,CDT92,DNP3.0 and other serial communication protocols to Modbus-TCP protocol. The field application shows that after connecting the sensors or equipment of different communication protocols to the multi protocol gateway,the data can be uploaded to the monitoring software in Modbus-TCP protocol after internal conversion,which is conducive to the access of heterogeneous systems in the process of digital mine construction.
