摘  要:【目的】研究云瑞系列创新甘蔗亲本及其组合的遗传力和配合力,准确筛选出育种潜力优良的亲本和组合。【方法】以云瑞创新亲本及其与国内外优良亲本或品种所选配的32个组合为研究对象,参照澳大利亚家系试验方法,借助R软件,分析亲本及组合主要性状株的遗传力和配合力;利用甘蔗配合力+聚类分析方法对甘蔗杂交亲本组合进行综合分析。【结果】参试甘蔗亲本材料,株高、茎径、锤度、有效茎数、单茎重和蔗糖产量6个主要农艺性状在父本、母本及组合中表现出极显著差异(P<0.001或P<0.01);亲本及其选配组合对后代群体主要性状遗传力贡献大小为组合(53.80%)>母本(47.30%)>父本(41.28%),茎径、单茎重2个性状表现优异,并在组合、父本和母本中遗传力均大于50%;在参试甘蔗亲本组合中,云开03-399、云瑞14-203、福农94-0403、赣蔗02-70、云蔗99-124、云瑞05-344和福农36作母本,粤甘40、云瑞13-57和云瑞14-155作父本后代蔗茎产量、蔗糖产量的一般配合力大并且为正效应;福农94-0403×云瑞14-155、云开03-399×云瑞13-57、云瑞09-315×粤甘40、云瑞14-203×德蔗93-88、福农36×云瑞12-399、赣蔗02-70×云瑞05-780和云蔗99-124×云瑞05-282等7个组合为高产高糖组合,综合性状较好,育种过程中要加强利用。【结论】云瑞创新甘蔗亲本与国内外不同亲本或品种组配后不同性状的遗传力和配合力不同。在杂交育种过程中,云瑞系列创新亲本最适合作父本利用。【Objective】The heritability and combining ability of innovative sugarcane parents of Yunrui series and their combinations were studied to accurately screen out the parents and combinations with good breeding potential.【Method】Taking Yunrui innovative parents and their 32 combinations selected with domestic and foreign excellent parents or varieties as the research objects, with the help of R software, the heritability and combining ability of the parents and the main traits of the combination were analyzed. The sugarcane combining ability and cluster analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the combination of sugarcane hybrid parents. 【Result】There were significant differences in plant height, stem diameter, brix, effective stem number, single stem weight and sucrose yield among male parent, female parent and their combination(P<0.001 or P<0.01). The contribution of the parents and their selection combination to the heritability of the main traits of the offspring population was combinations(53.80%)> female parent(47.30%) > male parent(41.28%). The stem diameter and single stem weight were superior, and the heritability of the combination, male parent and female parent were all greater than 50%. Among the tested sugarcane parent combinations, Yunkai 03-399, Yunrui 14-203, Funong 94-0403, Ganzhe 02-70, Yunzhe 99-124, Yunrui 05-344 and Funong 36 were used as the female parent, while Yuegan 40, Yunrui 13-57 and Yunrui 14-155 as male parent, their offspring had large general combining ability and positive effect on cane stem yield and sucrose yield. Funong 94-0403×Yunrui 14-155, Yunkai 03-399×Yunrui 13-57, Yunrui 09-315×Yuegan 40, Yunrui 14-203×Dezhe 93-88, Funong 36×Yunrui 12-399, Ganzhe 02-70×Yunrui 05-780 and Yunzhe 99-124×Yunrui 05-282 were good comprehensive character with high yield and high sugar combination, and they should be used more intensively in the breeding process.【Conclusion】The heritability and combining ability of different characters of Yunrui innovative sugarcane
