摘  要:【目的】分析桂西北岩溶地区大田Cd污染条件下不同水稻品种对Cd的吸收累积特征,为区域内Cd污染稻田稻米安全生产提供参考依据。【方法】以桂西北19个当地主栽水稻品种为试验材料,采用田间小区试验方法,测定不同水稻品种的生产性状、产量、不同部位Cd含量等指标,分析不同水稻品种Cd的富集和转运特征,并对区域适种Cd低累积水稻品种进行推荐。【结果】19个水稻品种间产量差异明显,其中,深两优9569产量达627.8 kg/667 m^(2),显著(P<0.05,下同)高于其他品种,亚航金占的产量最低,为429.5 kg/667 m^(2)。水稻不同部位的平均Cd含量排序为根>糙米>秸秆>谷壳,其中,特优6811、H两优991和五山丝苗的糙米Cd含量分别为0.35、0.37和0.37 mg/kg,显著低于其他品种,较Cd含量最高的恒丰优777(1.11 mg/kg)分别降低68.5%、66.7%和66.7%;糙米Cd富集系数以恒丰优777最高(0.985),特优6811、H两优991、亚航金占和五山丝苗的Cd富集系数显著低于其他品种;各水稻品种各部位的Cd转运系数(TF)中,以Cd由根向秸秆的转运系数(TF)最小,Cd由谷壳向糙米的转运系数(TF)最大(湘优1126除外),其中,特优6811、H两优991和五山丝苗3个品种的TF显著小于其他品种。相关分析结果显示,糙米Cd含量与根Cd含量呈显著正相关,与TF及糙米Cd富集系数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】水稻品种特优6811、H两优991和五山丝苗的糙米Cd含量、糙米Cd富集系数及TF均相对较低,具有低Cd累积潜质,可通过配合其他Cd污染稻田修复技术措施在桂西北岩溶区域作为Cd低累积品种推广种植,而恒丰优777、宜香2239、丰两优3305、湘优1126、F优498和广8优华占的糙米Cd含量较高,不建议在该区域内土壤Cd含量大于1.12 mg/kg的污染稻田中种植。【Objective】The study aimed to analyze the characteristics of cadmium(Cd) absorption and accumulation in different rice varieties under Cd polluted field in karst area of northwest Guangxi, so as to provide a reference for the safe production of rice in the region.【Method】19 rice varieties mainly cultivated in northwest Guangxi were used as test materials by the method of filed plot experiment, the production traits, yield and Cd content in different parts of rice were measured, and the characteristics of Cd enrichment and transport in different rice varieties were analyzed. After that, the low accumulation of rice varieties was recommended for the regional planting.【Result】The yield of 19 rice varieties was obviously different. Among them, the yield of Shenliangyou 9569 was 627.8 kg/667 msignificantly higher than that of other rice varieties(P<0.05,the same as below),and Yahangjinzhan had the lowest yield(429.5 kg/667 m^(2));The average content of Cd in different parts of rice was root>brown rice>straw>chaff. Among them the content of Cd in brown rice of Teyou 6811,H Liangyou 991 and Wushansimiao was 0.35,0.37 and 0.37 mg/kg respectively all significantly lower than that of other varieties, and significantly reduced to 68.5%,66.7% and 66.7% respectively when compared with the highest Cd content rice varieties Hengfengyou 777;The Cd enrichment coefficient in brown rice of Hengfengyou 777 was the highest, when Teyou 6811,H Liangyou 991,Yahangjinzhan and Wushansimiao had the lowest Cd enrichment coefficient in brown rice which significantly than the other varieties;As for the Cd transfer factor(TF) of different parts of rice, the transfer factor of root-to-straw was the lowest, and the transfer factor of chaff-to-brown rice was the highest(except for Xiangyou 1126),the transfer factor of chaff-to-brown rice of Teyou 6811,H Liangyou 991 and Wushansilmiao were significantly lower than those of other varieties.
