基于城巿织补理念的历史街区更新研究——以烟台奇山所城为例

摘　　要：烟台奇山所城历史街区具备完好的传统风貌和历史格局、深厚的历史文化底蕴和突出的地域特色,具有重要的研究价值和保护意义。文章基于所城历史和价值特色,结合城市织补理论与所城发展现状问题,将“新梦是对旧事的拆洗缝补”作为思想引导,创新性提出“拆”“洗”“缝”“补”四个手法并加以灵活运用,从而在保护历史街区的基础上提升片区活力,实现历史街区的更新再生。The historic district of Qishan Suocheng in Yantai has intact traditional style and historical pattern,profound historical and cultural details and prominent regional characteristics,and has important research value and protection significance.Based on the historical evolution and value feature,combined with the theory of urban weaving and mending and the current development situation of Suocheng,this paper takes“the new dream is the demolition,washing,sewing and mending of old things”as the ideological guidance,innovatively puts forward four methods of“demolition”,“washing”,“sewing”and“mending”and applies them flexibly,so as to enhance the vitality of the area on the basis of protecting the historical block,and to realize the vitality regeneration of historical blocks.
