可持续发展理念下乡村营地营建策略

摘　　要：在国家生态文明建设及乡村振兴战略双重背景下,乡村旅游、乡村营地建设得到全面快速发展,但目前多数乡村营地建设粗放,生态观念缺失,可持续发展考虑不足。本文从广东清远英德黄花镇璞营地案例入手,结合可持续发展理念及乡村营地营建策略进行深入研究,提出乡村营地营建应以保护生态环境为先、全局考虑、因地制宜三大策略为指导,通过合理的经营布局,针对地区文化、经济、社会等特性进行策划、规划、设计、建造落实。Under the dual background of national ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism and rural camp construction have developed rapidly in an all-round way.However,at present,most of the rural camps have extensive construction,lack of ecological concept,and insufficient consideration for sustainable development.This paper starts with the case of Pu camp in Yingde Huanghua Town,Qingyuan,Guangdong,and conducts in-depth research combined with the concept of sustainable development and the construction strategy of rural camps,and proposes that the construction of rural camps should be guided by three strategies:protecting the ecological environment,having overall consideration,and adapting to the local conditions.Through reasonable business layout,the planning,design,and construction are implemented according to the characteristics of the regional culture,economy and society.
