摘　　要：“城市时代轴”是古都洛阳新城发展的重要城市空间。洛阳泉舜财富中心位于行政中心广场的轴线交会点,是集商业、酒店、办公、居住于一体的大型城市综合体。项目以城市方印为设计构思,以其谦逊稳重的形象烘托城市轴线,对洛阳城市风貌起着极其重要的作用。本文论述了城市轴线和建筑节点的关联,详细阐述了本项目在城市轴线空间、形象设计、功能组织等方面的设计考量点与解决方式。The“Urban Era Axis”is an important urban space for the new development of the ancient capital Luoyang.Luoyang Quanshun Fortune Center is a large urban complex that integrates commerce,hotel,office and residence together,and is located at the intersection of the axes of the administrative center square.Designed with the city square seal as the design concept,the project supports the urban axis with its humble and stable image.It plays an extremely important role in the urban landscape of Luoyang city.This paper discusses the relationship between urban axis and building nodes,and elaborates on the design considerations and solutions of the project in urban space,architectural design,functional organization and other aspects.
