摘　　要：东城周屋是东莞市中心城区依旧保留大片农田的社区,为了给社区提供新的活动中心,笔者进行了废弃祠堂改造研究。在充分尊重场地现状的基础上,从场地布局、建筑形态语汇、空间序列等维度切入组织方案,力图在满足技术需求的基础上,表达岭南优秀人文艺术品格。新的社区中心可提高居住社区的完整度,同时为传统废旧祠堂的更新提供一种基于历史传统,同时体现当代精神的可能,以激发公共活动关键节点活力。Dongcheng Zhouwu is a community that still retains a large area of farmland in the central urban area of Dongguan.In order to provide a new activity center for the community,a study on the transformation of abandoned ancestral halls was carried out.On the basis of fully respecting the current situation of the site,the designer starts with the plan from the dimensions of site layout,architectural vocabulary and spatial sequence,and tries to express the excellent humanistic and artistic character of Lingnan on the basis of meeting the technical needs.The new community center can improve the integrity of the residential community,provide a possibility based on the historical tradition and reflect the contemporary spirit for the renewal of the traditional used ancestral halls,and stimulate the vitality of the key nodes of public activities.
