摘　　要：方坯连铸机出坯系统的设计方法有很多,主要介绍了一种特殊的方坯连铸机出坯系统的设计方案,通过优化工艺方案和设备配置,增加红外摄像集群等自动化控制方法,解决了现有技术中由于生产空间限制,导致传统方坯连铸机出坯系统无法正常布置的问题,能够满足工艺生产要求和自动化控制。There are a lot of design methods of the discharging system of billet caster.This paper mainly introduces a special design scheme for discharging system of billet caster.With optimized technological scheme and equipment configuration and additional automatic control methods such as infrared camera cluster,it solved the problem that the discharging system of traditional billet caster cannot be arranged normally due to the production space limitation of the existing technology,thus can meet the requirements of production process and automatic control.
