摘　　要：第一PTA结晶器是PTA装置中的关键设备,设计制造难度较高。本文简述了国内某项目第一PTA结晶器使用ASME BPVC.Ⅷ.1标准的设计过程,分析了国内压力容器产品使用ASME标准及材料的设计要点;同时,根据设备设计和使用经验,对其部分结构进行设计优化,为同类产品的ASME标准设计提供参考。The first PTA crystallizer is the key equipment in PTA plant,which is difficult to design and manufacture.This paper describes briefly the design process of the first PTA crystallizer for a domestic project in accordance with ASME BPVC SectionⅧ,Division 1,and analyzes the key points of domestic pressure vessels designed in accordance with ASME Code and adopting ASME materials,?at the same time,optimizes the design of part of its structure according to the equipment design and use experiences and provides a reference for similar products to be designed in accordance with ASME Code.
