摘　　要：介绍了对国内某公司热处理生产线淬火装置改造的研究,在该公司原有淬火装置的基础上,对运行状况不良的设备进行优化升级设计,使设备实现“外淋+内喷+旋转+半浸”的淬火功能,以达到增加设备淬火能力、提高钢管整体淬火均匀性的目的,不仅提高了钢管淬火质量,而且节能减排,极大地降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。This paper introduces the research on the improvement of quenching device in heat treatment production line of a domestic company.Based on the existing quenching device of the company,the old equipment in poor operation conditions has been optimized and upgraded,in order to realize the steel pipe quenching process of“external spraying+internal spraying+rotating+semi-immersion”,enhance the quenching capability of equipment and improve the integral quenching uniformity.It not only betters the quenching quality of steel pipes,but also saves energy and reduces emission,greatly lowers the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
