摘　　要：对掘进台车的闭式液压行走驱动功率匹配进行了研究。根据闭式液压行走的组成结构和驱动方式分析了台车行走牵引力与液压泵排量、发动机扭矩的关系,研究了闭式泵排量调节的转速感应控制阀工作原理,结合台车的行走需求分析了功率匹配中节流孔直径的计算、控制压力和弹簧预紧力的设置要求、泵的流量特性及自适应控制过程,实现了设备行走的自动功率控制。This paper has studied the power matching of closed hydraulic traveling drive of drilling jumbo.According to the composition structure and driving mode of closed hydraulic traveling drive,the relationship among the jumbo traveling traction force,hydraulic pump output and engine torque has been analyzed,and the working principle of speed induction control valve for closed pump output adjustment has been studied.Meanwhile,according to the traveling needs of the jumbo,the calculation of orifice diameter,the setting requirements of control pressure and spring pretightening force,the pump flow characteristics and the self-adaptive control process during power matching have been analyzed to achieve the automatic power control of traveling of equipment.
