摘 要:针对自主核电汽轮机低压内缸存在的设计问题与工艺不够合理的现状,提出了缸的结构优化方案与工艺改进技术措施,有效提高了缸的设计质量,保证了缸的制造精度,降低了缸的制造成本,达到了提质增效的预期。特别是将减少加工余量、优化工艺流程、缩短制造周期与缸的结构完善并重考虑,既保证了设计要求,又满足了工艺与生产的需要。改进后的技术方案在解决了低压内缸加工变形大、生产效率低的同时,又给缸的智能制造提出了一条新的思路。In view of the design problems and unreasonable process of the low-pressure inner casing of self-developed nuclear power steam turbine,this paper proposes a structural optimization scheme and a process improvement measure for inner casing to effectively improve the design quality,ensure the manufacturing accuracy,reduce the manufacturing cost of the casing,and improve its expected quality and efficiency.In particular,all such factors as reducing machining allowance,optimizing process flow,shortening manufacturing cycle and perfecting casing structure are considered simultaneously to ensure the design requirements,and meet the needs of process and production.The improved technical scheme not only solves such problems as large machining deformation and low production efficiency of low-pressure inner casing,but also presents a new idea for intelligent manufacturing of the casing.
