摘 要:为科学、有效防控草地贪夜蛾,应用饲料浸毒法测定了7种生物源杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内毒力。结果表明,100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂、0.3%印楝素乳油、30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、80亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂、10亿PIB/mL苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、32000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂和1×10^(7)PIB/mL苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒+2000 IU/μL苏云金杆菌悬浮剂对草地贪夜蛾3龄初幼虫的LC分别为8.82×10^(7)孢子/mL、4.22 mg/L、959.65 PIB/mL、3.55×10^(7)孢子/mL、2.32×10^(7) PIB/mL、2901.63 IU/mL和1.49×10^(5) PIB/mL+29.81 IU/μL。表明30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、32000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂和0.3%印楝素乳油对草地贪夜蛾具有较高的生物活性,该研究结果对草地贪夜蛾高效低风险防控药剂筛选具有重要意义。To scientifically and effectively control of Spodoptera frugiperda,in the present study,the toxicities of seven bioinsecticides to 3 rd instar larvae of S.frugiperda were determined using artificial diet soaking method.The results showed that the LCvalues of S.frugiperda to 10 billion spores/mL empedobacter brevis SC,0.3%azadirachtin EC,3 billion PIB/mL Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus SC,8 billion spores/mL Metarhizium anisopliae OD,1 billion PIB/mL SC Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus,32000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis WP,10 million PIB/mL Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus+2000 IU/μL Bacillus thuringiensis SC were 8.82×10^(7) spore/mL,4.22 mg/L,959.65 PIB/mL,3.55×10^(7) spore/mL,2.32×10^(7) PIB/mL,2901.63 IU/mL and 1.49×10^(5) PIB/mL+29.81 IU/μL,respectively.Our results demonstrated that 3 billion PIB/mL Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus SC,32000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis WP and 0.3% azadirachtin EC exhibited higher toxicity to 3 rd instar larvae of S.frugiperda.The study was of great significance to the screening of effective and low-risk bioinsecticides to S.frugiperda.
