摘　　要：云南省国际科技特派员作为云南省对外合作工作的亮点,积极开展对外科技交流,对我国周边外交睦邻具有积极的促进作用。然而,在新时期经济全球化浪潮以及新冠疫情影响下,云南省国际科技特派员工作面临诸多挑战和问题。通过分析问题,提出新时期国际科技特派员创新发展工作建议,为进一步深入推进国际科技特派员工作提供决策咨询。As the highlight of Yunnan’s foreign cooperation work,Yunnan international science and technology commissioner actively carries out foreign scientific and technological exchanges,which plays an positive role in promoting the good-neighbourly relations.However,under the tide of economic globalization in the new era and the influence of COVID-19,Yunnan international science and technology commissioner is still facing many challenges and problems.By analyzing the problems,this paper puts forward suggestions on innovative development of international science and technology commissioners in the new era.
