参与式农业科技示范基地建设实践与思考——以北京市农林科学院窦店农业科技示范基地为例

摘　　要：以北京市农林科学院窦店农业科技示范基地为例,重点介绍了参与式发展理念在基地建设过程中的应用探索。区别于传统发展模式,参与作为重要手段在基地建设中的发展决策、外部干预、科技创新、科技服务、利益分享、过程评价等领域实践应用,参与式发展注重将潜能变成自在自为这一过程,重视参与者自身变化,促进各领域协调发展。Taking the Doudian Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,this paper introduces the application and exploration of the participatory development concept in the construction of the base.Different from the traditional development model,participation is an important means of practical application in the fields of development decision,external intervention,technological innovation,technological services,benefit sharing,process evaluation,etc.Participatory development focuses on turning potential into self-being and self-making,pay attention to the participants’own changes,and promote the coordinated development of various fields.
