摘　　要：CBA 2020-2021赛季广东队实现三连冠,这是广东队的第11个总冠军,创造了CBA联赛的历史。通过采用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法、秩和比法,本研究对2020-2021赛季CBA常规赛19支参赛球队的进攻、防守以及攻防综合能力进行比较分析,探究参赛球队攻防两端的优势以及存在的不足,结合球队情况提出科学化训练建议,以提升CBA球队整体的攻防实力。研究表明:(1)在进攻端,只有广东东莞大益球队到达A级;在防守端大部分球队处于B级和C级;从攻防综合能力RSR值来看,辽宁队、浙江队、新疆队、广厦队和山东队五支球队进入了A级。(2)2020-2021赛季CBA常规赛排名与攻防RSR值有高度显著性相关。(3)2020-2021赛季常规赛的19支球队中除了辽宁队与广东队,其它球队攻防两端多不均衡,大部分球队都是攻强守弱型。In the 2020-2021 season, Guangdong Team won CBA League for three consecutive years and achieved the 11 th championship in the history of Guangdong Team, making a new history of CBA League. This study mainly uses the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics, video observation and rank sum ratio to compare and analyze the attack, defense and comprehensive abilities of 19 participating teams in the CBA regular season from 2020 to 2021, so that each participating team can understand the advantages and shortcomings of both sides of attack and defense, carry out scientific training in combination with the team situation, improve the overall attack and defense strength, and achieve better results in the future. The research results show that:(a)at the offensive end, only Guangdong Dongguan Dayi team reached grade A;at the defensive end, most teams are at level B and level C;from the perspective of RSR value of attack and defense ability, Liaoning team, Zhejiang team, Xinjiang team, Guangxia team and Shandong team have entered class A;(b)From the research of this season, there is a highly significant relationship between the regular season ranking and the RSR value of attack and defense.(c)Guangdong’s attack is stronger than defense, so it is necessary to improve the team’s defense ability;Liaoning team has done well in both attack and defense.
