人格特质与锻炼动机——领悟社会支持的中介作用

摘  要:目的:通过考察大学生人格特质、锻炼动机和领悟社会支持的关系,探究三者之间的中介作用。方法:采用人格特质量表、锻炼动机量表和领悟社会支持量表对685名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)人格特质中外倾性(r=0.512,P<0.01)、宜人性(r=0.320,P<0.01)、尽责性(r=0.461,P<0.01)和开放性(r=0.535,P<0.01)与大学生锻炼动机呈正相关,神经质与大学生锻炼动机呈负相关(r=-0.318,P<0.01);(2)领悟社会支持在人格特质和锻炼动机之间起中介作用。结论:人格特质不仅直接影响锻炼动机,还能通过领悟社会支持对锻炼动机起间接影响,教育机构管理实施者可以通过建立良好的领悟社会机制、促进家校社的合作和课程建设的改革等措施促进大学生锻炼动机的提高。This paper aims to examine the relationship between personality traits, motivation to exercise and perceived social support among university students and to investigate the mediating role between the three. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 685 university students using the Personality Trait Inventory, the Motivation to Exercise Inventory and the Perceived Social Support Inventory. Results:(a)Personality traits of extraversion(r=0.512, P<0.01), agreeableness(r=0.320, P<0.01), dutifulness(r=0.461, P<0.01)and openness(r=0.535, P<0.01)were positively correlated with college students’ motivation to exercise, while neuroticism was negatively correlated with college students’ motivation to exercise(r=-0.318, P<0.01);(b)perceived social support mediated the relationship between personality traits and motivation to exercise. Conclusion: Personality traits not only directly influence exercise motivation, but also indirectly influence exercise motivation through perceived social support, and educational institution management implementers can promote college students’ exercise motivation by establishing a good perceived social mechanism, promoting home-school-social collaboration and curriculum reform.
