高校健美课课程思政的实践与探索

摘　　要：随着高等院校不断推进教学改革,课程思政建设的理念、内涵和模式得到了不断的发展,形成了高素质、复合型人才的培养模式。高校健美课,不仅能够锻炼体能和改善形体,而且在培养学生的优良品德方面具有独特价值。本文以高校健美课为研究对象,从课程思政改革的指导思想出发,立足落实立德树人的根本任务,梳理高校健美课课程思政的教学意义定位、目标任务,在此基础上提出了高校健美课课程思政实践的途径,即:完善教学大纲与教案课程思政内容、搭建融合思政元素的综合教育互动平台、建立融合思政元素的学练赛一体化的人才培养模式、形成高校健美课课程思政素材库以及建立课程思政现代化教学辅助系统。本文通过将课程思政的核心要义与高校健美课的课程特点有机结合的实证研究,旨在进一步提高健美课程教学质量和育人效果,为高校健美课程思政建设提供借鉴和参考。With the continuous promotion of teaching reform in higher education institutions, the concept, connotation and mode of ideology and politics education have been developed, forming a cultivation mode of high quality talents. As a physical education class, the college bodybuilding class not only exercises physical fitness and improves form, but also focuses on cultivating good moral character in students. Taking bodybuilding class as the research object, this paper starts from the guiding of ideology and politics curriculum based on the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and sorts out the meaning and positioning of ideology and politics curriculum and the tasks in the teaching. This paper puts forward five ways in the top-level design of college bodybuilding course, including improving the content of the syllabus and teaching plan, building a comprehensive education and interaction platform integrating the elements of thinking and politics, establishing an integrated talent training mode of learning, practicing and competing integrating the elements of thinking and politics, forming a library of thinking and politics materials for college bodybuilding course and establishing a modern teaching aid system to enhance the effect of thinking and politics in the course. Through the demonstration of the actual effect of education, the core meaning of ideological and political education in the course is combined with the characteristics of college bodybuilding courses, so as to improve the teaching quality and education effect of bodybuilding courses, and provide a reference for the ideological and political education of bodybuilding courses in colleges and universities.
