摘  要:通过在教学活动中设置观察者与训练者构成的互助小组实现有效互动,研究高中排球教学中莫斯顿互惠式教学法的应用效果。本研究以内蒙古师范大学附属高中高一年级的100名学生作为研究对象,在为期12周的排球教学实验中,对实验组与对照组每组50名学生分别采用莫斯顿互惠式教学法与传统教学两种方法,两组均进行排球垫球与传球基础技术动作教学。实验结果:实验组垫球与传球技评与达标测试成绩高于对照组,准确性测试成绩实验组显著高于对照组。实验证明:莫斯顿互惠式教学方法对提升高中排球体育教学质量具有显著效果。This paper aims to study the application effect of Moston reciprocal teaching method on volleyball education in senior high schools. In this research, observers and trainers are set up to form a mutual aid group in the teaching activities, so as to realize effective interaction. 100 senior high school students affiliated to Inner Mongolia Normal University are taken as the research objects. In the 12 week volleyball teaching experiment, 50 students in the experimental group and the control group applied Moston reciprocal teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively, and both groups carried out basic technical movements of volleyball. After the experiment, the performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the accuracy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The experiment proves that the Moston reciprocal teaching method has a significant effect on improving the teaching quality of volleyball in senior high schools.
