安徽省体育慈善公益事业发展的困境与突破

摘　　要：慈善公益事业,被人们认为是“社会的第三次分配”事业。通过分析安徽省体育慈善公益组织及其组织开展的公益活动现状,本文认为:公民意识薄弱、组织数量有限、执行力度欠缺、运作手段单一是现阶段安徽省体育慈善公益事业发展的瓶颈。建议:强化公民意识、健全组织建设、完善制度机制、丰富运行手段,以此突破困境,从而加快推进安徽省体育慈善公益事业稳步发展。Charity is regarded as “the third distribution of society”. After analyzing the sports charity organizations and the public welfare activities carried out by them in Anhui Province, it is found that the bottleneck of the development of sports charity in Anhui Province at this stage is the weak civic consciousness, the limited number of organizations, the lack of implementation and the unilateral means of operation. It is suggested to strengthen civic awareness, improve organizational construction, optimize system and mechanism, and enrich operation means, so as to break through difficulties and accelerate the steady development of sports charity and public welfare undertakings in Anhui Province.
