摘  要:作为一项优雅而备受人们喜爱的项目,网球运动常会伴随发生损伤问题。本文结合腕关节解剖学特点和网球运动生物力学特征分析腕关节损伤类别及其机制。结果表明:常见网球运动的腕关节损伤疾病主要包括两类:一是尺侧疾病:尺侧腕伸肌(ECU)损伤,三角纤维软角复合体撕裂;二是桡侧病变:第一背侧肌腱炎,交叉综合征,应力性骨折。本文运用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,进一步分析了网球爱好者出现腕部损伤的病理,提出了相应治疗措施,旨在为网球运动参与者预防和治疗腕关节损伤提供一定的参考。Tennis is an elegant and popular sport, which might be accompanied by injuries. This article analyzes the mechanism of wrist injuries based on the anatomical characteristics of the wrist joint and the biomechanical characteristics of tennis. Common tennis wrist injuries include two types:(a)Ulnar disease: extensor carpi ulnaris(ECU)injury, Triangular fiber soft corner complex tear;(b)Radial lesions: first dorsal tendonitis, cross syndrome, and stress fracture. Using the literature review method, investigation method and other research methods to analyze the pathology of wrist injuries in tennis fans, and give corresponding treatment measures, this paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of wrist joint injuries for tennis participants.
