摘 要:针对剥离回收的废旧MoSi_(2)涂层材料,通过氧化煅烧得到MoO_(3)和SiO_(2)混合粉末,并采用热蒸发法对MoO_(3)进行回收。研究了氧化煅烧温度和保温时间对MoSi_(2)氧化速率的影响,以及热蒸发温度对MoO_(3)收得率和形貌的影响。结果表明:随着煅烧温度升高,MoSi_(2)氧化生成MoO_(3)和SiO_(2)的转化率在400~600℃之间先增加后减小,475℃形成MoO_(3)的转化率最高,150 min的保温时间可以达到最高转化率。950℃热蒸发MoO_(3)的最大收得率为97.35%,热蒸发法得到的MoO_(3)主要为片状和球形,温度越高,球形MoO_(3)所占的比例越大。MoO_(3)and SiO_(2)mixed powders were obtained by calcination of recycled waste MoSi_(2)coating material,and MoO_(3)was recovered by thermal evaporation.The effect of oxidizing temperature and holding time on the oxidation process of MoSi_(2),and the effect of thermal evaporation temperature on the yield and morphology of MoO_(3)were studied.Results show that when the calcination time is 120 min,the conversion rate of MoSi_(2)to MoO_(3)and SiO_(2)increases first and then decreases with the rise of calcination temperature between 400℃and 600℃,and the conversion rate reached the highest at 475℃.The conversion rate increased by extending the holding time,and the conversion rate is the greatest after oxidation for 150 min.With the increase of evaporation temperature,the yield increases,and the yield is 97.35%at 950℃.The recovered MoO_(3)is mainly flake and spherical.The higher the temperature,the greater the proportion of spherical MoO_(3).
