摘  要:LNG作为一种清洁、高效、经济的绿色能源,在人们生产生活中发挥了十分重要的作用。随着LNG和其他化石能源消耗量的逐年增长,LNG储罐也在逐渐增多,石化基地也在增多,由于石化基地的特殊性,其建立需远离人群,近年来我国逐渐开始在远离人群的小岛上建立石化基地,这种海岛型石化基地有利于物料运输以及减小事故的危害性。对海岛环境下石化基地发生LNG储罐泄漏进行研究,利用重气云扩散和高斯模型对LNG泄漏扩散后的危险浓度区域进行划分,有利于园区应急预案的制定以及事故发生后的应急疏散,有重要的参考意义。As a clean,efficient and economical green energy,LNG plays a very important role in people’s production and life.With the yearly growth of LNG and other fossil energy consumption,LNG storage tanks are gradually increasing,and petrochemical bases are also increasing. Due to the special characteristics of petrochemical bases,they need to be established away from crowd.In recent years,China has started to set up petrochemical industrial parks on uninhabited islands.The type of islands is advantageous to the material handling and reduces the risks of accidents.In this paper,we study the leakage of LNG storage tank in petrochemical base in island environment,and use heavy gas cloud diffusion and Gaussian model to divide the hazardous concentration area after LNG leakage diffusion,which is beneficial to the development of emergency plan of the park and emergency evacuation after the accident,and has important reference significance.
