摘  要:为履行企业主体责任,消除煤气管道漏点这一重大安全环保隐患,需停用原有的鼓冷煤气管道,并停鼓风机对新管道进行碰头。分析了在鼓风机停机期间焦炉作业存在荒煤气溢出、炭化室负压导致炉体受损、温度控制不当造成二次焦以及高温烫伤及中暑等安全环保风险,并针对性地采取了相关可靠措施,整个作业过程安全可控。In order to fulfill the main responsibility of the enterprise and eliminate the major safety and environmental protection hidden danger of gas pipeline leakage. It was necessary to stop the original blast cooling gas pipeline and stop the blower to meet the new pipeline. This paper analyzed the safety and environmental protection risks of coke oven operation during the blower shutdown,such as overflow of barren gas,damage to the furnace body due to negative pressure in the carbonization chamber,secondary coking caused by improper temperature control,high temperature scald and heatstroke,etc,and took relevant reliable measures to ensure the safety and controllability of the whole operation process.
